House prices increased in Germany at a lower rate in 2019 than in 2018, according to a survey carried out by the Deutsche Bundesbank.
The study of residential property prices in 127 German cities says prices rose year on year by 6% in 2019, down from 8.5% in 2018. This is the lowest rate of growth since 2014, when prices increased by 5.7%.
